FAQs
How does the shoot day work?
If shooting in-store: We’ll arrive on shoot day and capture all your pieces over a 6-8 hour session. Your jewelry stays on-site, and we wrap everything up by the end of the day.
If shooting remotely: You ship your pieces to our studio. Day 1 is arrival, Day 2 is the 6-8 hour shoot, and Day 3 we ship everything back to you. Either way, editing takes 2 days after the shoot, so you’ll have your videos ready within 3-5 days total from start to finish.
Do I need to ship my jewelry to you, or do you come to me?
If you’re located in Austin, Texas, we can shoot on-site at your store. If you’re outside of Austin, you’ll need to ship your pieces to our studio. Either way, your jewelry is handled with care and returned promptly same/next day for local shoots, or shipped back the day after filming for remote clients.
What if I have more pieces than the package amount allows?
Our maximum capacity is 30 pieces per shoot session. We’ve found that anything beyond 30 becomes difficult to manage for both production quality and client tracking—most clients find 23 pieces to be the sweet spot for maintaining organization and posting consistency. If you have a larger collection, we can schedule multiple shoot sessions to cover everything over time.
How long does it take to get my videos back after the shoot?
You’ll receive all your videos 2 days after the shoot is complete. For local shoots, that’s 2 days after we return your pieces. For shipped items, it’s 2 days after we send your jewelry back to you.
Can I request specific angles or shots for certain pieces?
Absolutely. You can request tighter detail shots or wider angles of specific pieces at no extra cost. However, highly complex requests or VFX enhancements (like our “Levitate” floating product videos) will require custom pricing based on the additional production work involved.
What video formats do I receive?
You’ll receive 9x16 vertical videos optimized for short-form platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories. If you need additional formats (like 1x1 square for feed posts or 16x9 horizontal for websites), just let us know—custom formats may adjust pricing depending on your needs.
